If Montenegro and Kosovo can’t mint their own currency, I guess they physically buy the currency from an external source? Would an agreement have to be made there or am I missing something?

We are finally just about fully integrated! At least on the most important stuff. That is as proud as I can be of our country, and I hope we continue down this path.
