Ngl, Texas may be going about it the wrong way, but restricting the social media use of minors in and of itself isn’t a bad thing. There are numerous studies to support (and more coming out everyday) showing a correlation between social media use and a negative impact on their mental health.
“Broken clock, twice a day” and all that.
