On the eve of New Year 2026, President of the Republic Bajram Begaj delivered a message of greetings to all Albanians, calling for unity, cooperation, and coordination around national goals and interests.
President Begaj described the New Year as a moment of reflection and emphasized the importance of family values, investment in youth, and honest work as the foundations of a strong and European Albania. He noted progress made in strengthening the rule of law, combating corruption and organized crime, and advancing toward European Union integration.
Looking ahead, the President expressed hope that 2026 will be a year of joint efforts to turn European standards into reality for every Albanian family.
He extended warm greetings to Albanians in the region and the diaspora, as well as special thanks to professionals on duty during the holiday period.
