A Feilding Lotto player has won $700,000 in Strike Four during last night’s Lotto draw on New Year’s Eve.
The winning ticket was sold at Woolworths Feilding.
Powerball has rolled over to Saturday night where the jackpot will be $5 million.
Three other Lotto players from Waihī, Ōtaki and Otago will also be celebrating after winning $333,333 with Lotto First Divison.
The winning tickets were sold at Paper Plus Waihī & Toyworld in Waihī, Ōtaki Post and Lotto in Ōtaki, and on MyLotto to a player from Otago.
Lotto NZ advised anyone who bought a ticket from these stores to check their ticket as soon as possible either in store, on MyLotto, or on the MyLotto app.
Lotto NZ added its Christmas promotion was still under way, with an extra $6 million in prizes available to be won.
That included one $1 million prize and 100 prizes of $50,000, with Triple Dip tickets purchased before January 3 eligible to be entered.
