Cannon’s order isn’t just about whether the public sees the report, it’s literally keeping the author from referencing it in testimony because he’s afraid violating the injunction could have consequences. That’s wild
The reason Smith was so tight-lipped in his deposition isn’t just caution he said Cannon’s order itself is why he didn’t even access Volume II of his own classified-docs report before testifying since the injunction still blocks that stuff.
Just wait until she’s put on the Supreme Court.
