Ive seen pictures of a trip like this on IG, looks absolutely incredible. wildly jealous!! I have always wondered about the safety of camping in Mexico. Did you go with a guided trip? Did you have safety concerns regarding “cartel” activity? I have limited experience outside of the usual tourist zones. So many questions… oh, and bugs haha always have to ask about those. And more pics!! 🙂

Yeah I’m gonna go ahead and echo what everyone else is saying and share my burning envy. Was this on your own or did you do it with an outfitter? I’ve got young kids so I likely won’t be doing anything like this any time soon, but a guy can dream!
