Kosovo Police have arrested a person internationally wanted by the authorities of North Macedonia, suspected of the criminal offense of murder.
According to the official announcement, the Directorate for International Police Cooperation, namely the FAST unit, managed to identify and arrest the suspect during the early hours of this morning.
The arrest was carried out at around 00:30, in cooperation and coordination with Border Police units.
The arrested person is a Turkish citizen and was wanted by the authorities of North Macedonia in connection with a case of the criminal offense of “Murder”, which allegedly occurred a day earlier in the city of Skopje.
By order of the competent prosecutor, the suspect has been remanded in police custody for 48 hours, while the relevant authorities have announced that further legal procedures will be continued, in accordance with applicable legislation and international agreements. /Telegraph/
