  1. [insert joke about Dublin having a dense population here]

[insert throwaway comment about {RANDOM_COUNTY} here]

  2. I wonder what it would look like if we had this for the whole island rather than by county, to see the density per square kilometre across the whole island?

  3. Great image that reinforces the Dublin-Belfast economic corridor and its power compared to other regions

A Galway-Limerick-Cork corridor would have such potential if connectivity was greatly improved between them all. 3 cities, 2 ports, 2 international airports on the route

  4. Either you live in Dublin, or the middle of fucking nowhere

There is no inbetween with ireland

  5. Too east coast centric for absolutely no reason.

No Motorway between cities outside of Dublin

Poor rural transport (chicken and egg situation)

  6. Meath should be split in two or three parts. Because the population density on the East Coast is far in excess of the majority of the county.

And the area suffers for that. Inadequate resources, lack of policing, lack of medical facilities, lack of so much.

  7. People don’t experience density at a county level. The difference between where people live isn’t as stark as this makes it seem.
