He’s a loser. Remember the time John Stewart invited him on the Daily Show and Musk chickened out?

  2. Charge his company with production and distribution of child pornography and get Congress to pass A.I laws

He has the ultimate form of immunity! Our entire government exists to serve 1%s like Musk.

That’s who they actually work for in-between elections when they briefly kiss voters butts to get their votes.

  4. What AI can do with images is a minefield that we are going to be stepping in for the next 25 years. They could have added safety features but to many people were throwing to much money into this to care.

The really frightening part is soon enough they will be able to do the same thing with video.

  5. *“Musk is not cloaked in some federal immunity just because he’s off-again/on-again buddies with Trump.”*

That *should* be true, but it isn’t.

  6. Elon is cloaked in some federal immunity because he is on and off again buddies with Trump but his billions of dollars also play a big part of it. Let’s be real.

  7. Sure he is. The rule of law in the US is breaking down, he’s not going to be held accountable for what he does.

  8. I really do not GAF what you do with Musk in the US but it’s fucking incredible that Twitter hasn’t been banned in both the UK and the EU already.

  9. He routinely uses banned substances interferes with our election process and his company produces explicit materials focusing on minors.

He spent 250 million to get Trump into office just so he could get access to our taxpayer records. He bribed another election in wisconsin , and plans to do it for a third time in twenty twenty six.

It’s time to go to the mat on this one.Take his kids away and freeze his assets.

    Okay cool, prove it

Correct, he‘s cloaked in federal immunity because he‘s rich and in the united states

This is why he doesn’t want Democrats to win the House…
If they have the power to create committees to investigate…

He’s done in America. So much illegal electioneering in 2024 alone.

The boards of his businesses will oust him to stay here.

  13. Elon made a tool for creating CSAM based on real life kids.

There should be real life penalties for that.  Not like 5 thousand dollars or some BS like that

MAGA, without exception or excuse, is 100% in support of Musk/Xitter distributing child porn.

Someone on Bluesky was keeping up with how many different news outlets personified Grok and quoted it as saying something. And they had to stop because it was pretty much everyone.

Grok is a program. It’s not a person and it can’t say things. It can generate content and that’s all it did. It generated a response that sounds like an apology because that’s what it does it generates content. And they reported on it as if it could feel sorry.

  16. For non billionaires, this is called “producing and distributing child pornography,” and a non billionaire would already be in handcuffs.

But billionaires are above the law it seems.

  17. Gee, I wonder if this is why AI tech-billionaires were so desperate to sneak through “No AI regulation for 10-years”

  18. How about a host of civil suits against him? Hit him where he lives, in the wallet. They don’t want to regulate this stuff, so the flip side of the coin is the assumption of risk and maybe piercing the corporate veil when it morphs into criminal territory.

I have to call bs on these stories without seeing the prompts/setup and the same done on ChatGPT, Gemini, and meta for comparison

  20. If we’re going to charge him for something it should be bribing voters in an election

    Excerpt:

“Failure to comply with this order, the ministry warned, could lead to the government ending X’s legal immunity from being sued over user-generated content.”

They should just ban X and Grok.
It’s not like we need them.

  22. “Calls” where are these calls coming from because this man has done immense damage to this country and the only thing that’s happening is he’s about to become the world’s first trillionaire. What the actual F must he do to get in actual trouble?

Just imagine what would happen if Twitter was Soros owned and generating CP on demand lol
