I saw him at Streets Beach and a mate said he’s seen him at South Bank. Then it turns out the actual yellow Wiggle saw him as he’s in town doing Annie at QPAC.

Costa hangs around qpac sometimes. I saw him for nearly a month straight last year just pacing up and down near the dining area with his speakers on loud.
His pretty harmless.

I saw him yesterday near the ferry stop, I thought he was a busker impersonator.
Yeah saw him on the weekend at Southbank. I stopped and watched him perform for a few mins but he was terrible. Was just standing there with his head mic and mumbling and moving his arms pointing from side to side nonchalantly.
Without being rude or offensive, I genuinely thought he was delusional and retarded cause he acted like someone with a mental disability.
