Wanted by Kosovo for drug cultivation and sale, 34-year-old arrested in Elbasan

The citizen with the initials AS, a resident of Cërrik, was wanted after the Basic Court of Peja assigned him the security measure “Arrest in prison”, for the criminal offenses “Cultivation of narcotics” and “Production and sale of narcotics”.

Interpol Tirana, in cooperation with Kosovo authorities, carried out the procedures for the extradition of the 34-year-old.

The 34-year-old, who was declared internationally wanted by Kosovo authorities for criminal activity in the field of narcotics, was captured and arrested with the aim of extradition.

In continuation of the work to locate, capture and detain wanted citizens, the Narcotics Investigation Section of the Elbasan Police Department, in cooperation with the Cërrik Police Commissariat, located, captured and arrested, with the aim of extradition to Kosovo, the citizen:

AS, 34 years old, resident of Cërrik.
