Development will probably eventually proceed but i have no info when.
This building took down the whole government. Due to the corruption case prime minister resigned. The case stopped the development. The developer struggles to find financiers with the negative background of the project and the boom for new shopping centers has cooled down. 200 million euro project

Company did run out of money.

On linkedin it says they have hired people to finish this project and on the website it says that it should be done per the end of 2027
