I found this CD at a gas station outside of Rovaniemi and thought it looked intriguing, assuming it was related to the Winter or Continuation Wars. So I bought it.
According to ChatGpt, it’s a playlist of poems/stories about the Winter War titled “Fatherland – Hero stories of Finnish grit” narrated by Antero Mäkelä. I found them on YouTube as well but no translations are available. I might try to upload and auto translate just so I know roughly what is being spoken.

It’s a [poetry reading](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poetry_reading) CD, and as you’ve managed to figure out the poems are abut Winter War. Machine translators might not be able to translate poetry very well, so don’t be surprised if your translated version doesn’t make much sense.
