Brutal. This will make peoples lives worse, more expensive, and means parents and caregivers can spend less time with those they love and care for. Just means more traffic on the roads, more pollution, more break dust, more salt and dirt and grime. All to prop-up downtown corporate landlords. I wish our government cared more about workers and families and the pursuit of love and happiness over the real estate mafia.
I mean what can you expect? It isn’t as though the concept and composition of what we call a downtown core or the city/urban landscape has evolved or changed over the past few hundred years. You’ve just got to do what you’ve always done because it always worked.
