Gamarjoba Megobrebo,

I’ve been lurking here for a while, and we often talk about how the Georgian tech scene is growing, but honestly? When I open the Play Store, it feels like we are still stuck in 2015.

Most "Georgian" apps are either full of broken ads, have terrible UI, or are just direct clones of foreign games with zero soul. And don’t get me started on the fact that Duolingo still hasn’t added Georgian (seriously, what are they waiting for?).

So, I decided to stop complaining and actually build something.

I spent the last few months developing Tvinikosa. It’s not just a time-killer; it’s a genuine brain workout designed specifically for our language and logic.

How is it different from the usual clutter?

  • No annoying "pay-to-win" mechanics. I’m not trying to empty your wallet; I just want you to play.
  • Native Georgian Logic: The puzzles aren’t translated English words; they are built around our vocabulary and word structures.
  • 🧠 Actually Difficult: It starts easy to get you hooked, but the later levels will legitimately test your IQ.
  • 🎨 Clean UI: No flashing casino lights or cheap graphics. It looks and feels like a modern 2026 app.

Why play this over generic puzzle games? If you’re tired of matching candies or watching 30-second ads for fake mobile games, give Tvinikosa a shot. It’s perfect for:

  1. Killing time in Tbilisi traffic (we all know the pain).
  2. Challenging your partner (my girlfriend is currently beating me at my own game, which is embarrassing).
  3. Actually learning new Georgian words (even for native speakers).

I need your feedback! I’m a solo dev, not a big corporation. I made this for us. Please give it a try and roast me in the comments if you find bugs—or let me know if you actually like it!

Didi madloba for the support! Let’s make Georgian gaming great. 🇬🇪🚀

PS

For my iPhone friends asking "Where is the iOS version?" 🍎 I knew this question was coming! 😅 To be completely honest with you guys: I currently cannot afford a MacBook and the $$ Apple developer fee. I’m just a solo dev working from my PC.

Apple makes it really hard (and expensive) for small indie developers to publish. However, if this Android version does well and I can save up enough from it, buying a Mac to port vian to iOS is my #1 priority. Hopefully, one day soon!

Great UI/UX and game concept 👍 One small thing: even after selecting English, the game still seems to rely on Georgian, which makes it hard to play. A quick in-game “how to play” would help a lot. Also game can be in English if I select English as my language.

As a foreigner living and studying in georgia, i really like this app. I learned georgian alphabet but i struggle with words and sentences, and this app is a good exercise. I found out about this game from my georgian colleague, who was stuck at level 102 and complaining, i took a look and solved the puzzle, i am confident i can finish the game 😆
