Slovenia’s trade deficit narrowed to EUR 339.7 million in November 2025, from EUR 389.4 million in the corresponding month of the previous year.

Exports rose by 0.2% year-on-year to EUR 5,463.2 million, due to higher sales to the EU (1.6%), while shipments decreased for non-EU countries (-1.1%).

On the other hand, imports fell by -0.6% to EUR 5,802.9 million, largely due to a decline in purchases from both EU (-0.9%) and non-EU countries (-0.3%).

Considering January to November, the country posted a surplus of EUR 1,709.7 million, reversing a trade deficit of EUR 6,810 million recorded in the same period last year.
