Keaton Wagler keeps getting attention.
The star freshman was named Big Ten Co-Freshman of the Week on Monday. It’s Wagler’s second league-wide honor this season.
Washington’s Hannes Steinbach was also honored Monday.

Wagler has averaged 16.3 points, 6 rebounds, and 5.7 assists over the last two weeks, as the Illini are 3-0.
Freshman David Mirkovic has been named Freshman of the Week twice this season, as well.
No. 16 Illinois is back on the court Thursday against Rutgers. Tipoff is at 7:30 p.m.
