A day in traffic: a drunk man sat in the middle of the road and was hit by another drunk man’s car

"At 10:54 p.m., a traffic accident occurred in Savilöiv village, Antsla municipality, Võru county, where a 30-year-old man with signs of alcohol intoxication was sitting in the middle of the road and was hit by a Mitsubishi car driven by a 67-year-old man with signs of alcohol intoxication. The man sitting on the road was transported to the hospital."

Years come and go, but Estonians still respect traditions and even on one of the coldest nights of the year they not only drive drunk, but also just sit on the road.
