“We agreed that we’ll sign a comprehensive aircraft engineering plan between the governments to run until 2035. It will involve not only our aviation enterprises (Minsk Civil Aviation Plant No. 407, 558 Aviation Repair Plant, and the Orsha Aviation Repair Plant), but also Industry Ministry’s enterprises — so that as we develop this highly profitable, highly liquid industry, we see invested money not recoup the projects, but also gain expertise and make profit off of it,” the diplomat stated.
