They did that once, and when the government changed, they tore up the contracts. So that means Trump will use OUR money to do it, and Republicans in Congress will allow it.

i don’t think the oil companies would be too happy at the prospect of spending billions to set up that they’d constantly have to have guarded, and if the democrats or another republican ever pulled troops out that shit would never last
they’d need assurances which no one can give because it’s on foreign soil
