We are looking for a pretty special home for a sick little guys remaining time 💔
Ollie came into our rescue as a baby and spent a long time as a solo rabbit while we tried to manage his chronic health issues. He was our sweet little “money pit”, regularly visiting the rabbit specialists for ongoing eye problems and general mystery ailments. He was adorable, expensive, and completely worth it.
Then Alice arrived.
Alice was a young, frightened Nethie, unsure of the world. On a whim we introduced them. The bond was instant. They fell madly in love. Ollie’s health stabilised. Alice blossomed into a confident, happy bunny. The bond they developed was just beautiful to witness and they made each other so much better.
They were adopted together but after a death in the family found themselves back in care.
Over the last year, Ollie’s health has slowly declined. After extensive investigations we learned Ollie is built a little differently on the inside. He has malformed kidneys and an abnormal urinary system, and is now considered palliative. It is not a question of if, but when, kidney failure will occur.
Right now he is comfortable, happy and deeply bonded to Alice. But his foster carers, who love him dearly, are leaving the country. So we are searching for a unicorn home.
We are looking for a kind, compassionate, indoor home willing to take them together, and give Ollie the gift of love and comfort for whatever time he has left. When the time comes and Ollie says goodbye, we will support finding Alice her next chapter.
All veterinary care will be fully covered by us and we can provide a full setup and supplies.
You do not need to be an experienced rabbit carer. We are more than happy to guide, train and support you. There will be heartbreak at the end, but it will be a beautiful, meaningful gift.
If you’ve ever thought about having rabbits, or about doing something truly special for an animal in need, this is that moment.
Feel free to DM or jump on our website and fill in the Foster form and I can get in touch ❤️

Fingers crossed for these beautiful creatures 💕
Gosh, they’re beauties! I can do from mid-Feb onwards (as I’m dogsitting before then) if that helps at all! Have reached out to FFR via email.
Took me a minute to figure out your organisation (not in the post or photos, but is in the username!), so for the others like me- it’s Forever Friends Rescue.
Loved the bunnies I had as a kid and teen, but have cats now (adopted from Forever Friends Rescue!!). Hope these two find a great home.
🥺🥺 Oh bless him. I hope someone can help.
I wish I could, but my cat won’t be compatible to having these two lovelies. I really hope they find a home.
Utterly random. Did you guys get a Guinea Pig off Gumtree who was being advertised as Free? Poor love was being fed Pizza Crusts.
