What guarantees could Russia possibly give that anyone would believe?
The only “guarantee” would be a trillion dollars in gold in a bank in a neutral country. (And one that is not likely to be invaded by Russia.) And even then, I would test every piece of that gold to make sure it’s real.

There can be no peace or guarantee until the mad man war criminal and coward who runs Russia and all of his people who share his ideals and would continue the genocide have been tried for their crimes and punished. He like all other dictators has a god complex and doesn’t feel he has to answer to anyone and all of his people under him are no different. Their actions are louder than any words written or spoken.
