Agent Krasnov and his boss Putin have been working towards the collapse of nato since before Agent Krasnov’s first term.

  2. Here is what he said:

    >“We’re partners in NATO. It is a mutual defence alliance. We can provide that security. As NATO, we can provide security for all of NATO, Greenland included,” Carney said to reporters at the Canadian embassy in Paris.

    >“The future of Greenland is a decision for Greenland and Denmark exclusively — it’s their decision.”

    >Carney’s comments on the right for Greenland and Demark to decide the territory’s future were also echoed in the statement, which included leaders of France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, the United Kingdom, as well as Demark and Greenland.

    >The future of Greenland is a decision for Greenland and Denmark exclusively — it’s their decision.

what decision is even being entertaine? they’re literally a sovereign nation

    this whole idea is moronic

  4. To be part of a non NATO security pact away form America that covers the high north, Canada should join the Joint Expeditionary Force, which includes Denmark also: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joint_Expeditionary_Force

As by far the second largest member Canada would have a lot of sway as to how it is run and the direction it takes, and it would take it from 120 million to 160 million people. Perhaps in time, it could lock down the high north even from the Americans? Each country in the pact has a vested interest in the high north and arctic.

Every country in NATO pays for NATO, it’s the whole foundation of NATO,

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization is an intergovernmental military alliance

Scary how many Americans do not understand what an alliance is.

  6. Crazy how beholden we are to the US when you can’t even denounced the bat shit president simply saying they should take over another part of a country.

As bad this situation is, if a war erupts over Greenland between Europe and the US it’s guaranteed WW3, China will move on Taiwan, and Russia will attack the baltics and try to establish direct link between  Kaliningrad and suwalki gap, and other conflicts all over would erupt as well, very dangerous situation, as stupid trump is will he risk losing US bases in Europe? Which makes US project so much power all over the world? Europe needs to make a very strong statement, stating any military action toward Greenland would equal severe economic and political sanctions on the U.S., and all of their bases would be ordered to be closed, and all of their embassies and diplomats expelled, you have to say this otherwise trump won’t listen…

What does Poilievre have to say about this? He’s quick enough to applaud illegal US military actions the day of.

Thanks Mr Carney for confirming what anyone with Google or Wikipedia can read for themselves.

Could we please go back to talk about affordability and the cost of living, everything continues to be expensive and salaries are stagnant. Please fix that, and focus on Canada.

I bet you they haven’t realized digging for oil and minerals in Greenland is actually difficult which is why no one has done it

  12. Everyone been saying NATOs dead if USA leaves it. Not the case it would still exist and should. If any NATO member attacks another NATO member theyshould just pull all of NATO into a state of war with the attacker from NATO.

  13. This article and any like it are spreading lieabetes.

    FULL STOP.

No matter what orange man says, US will never invade Canada.

    NEVER.

We’re NATO allies and an invasion of Canada would invoke Article 5 same as invading Greenland.

Stop being 🐑 and use your brain to think critically.

Greenland is an island in North America that is currently occupied by an EU country

We even share a land border with them (so many dont even realize this; google it)

I say get it done Trump

  15. Informal-Nothing371 on

The US invading Greenland would be a total disaster to the US. The US ceasing the territory of another allied first world country is going to immediately destroy their economic and political influence over the rest of the western world. I doubt Europe would take military action against the US, but anti-American sentiment would flood Europe and likely lead to Europe leaving the US sphere of influence. Europe without the US is still an economic and military powerhouse.

Invading Greenland would also cause significant internal turmoil in the US. It’s not like this is even a popular idea in the US. The US taking military action against an ally without justification is not something that gets swept under the rug. I think a lot of powerful people are not going to be on board with gaining some minerals at the expense of losing international economic influence.

If Denmark renames Greenland to Epstein Island, then Trump will deny that it exists! It’s a foolproof plan!

lol, what could Canada do? We are a world wide joke at all levels. We would be like a mosquito vs a bear. We love to talk tough though!

  18. Are you blinking? Is Canada blinking? Not really.

Why did America enter the world war 1 or 2 theatre?

Because it affected the bottom line of peoples lives?

All the allied forces came together to ensure Russia had what they needed to beat the Nazis in their backyard, and Stalin used that aide to springboard communism to a level able to re assert it’s disease of the mind and build the USSR. Prick!

Now take all the energy that took, to weaponize communism, and take that same amount of energy to build a social democracy/democratic socialist society, and one can see on the one hand you get radical corruption, death, chaos, and on the other you have everything that the people needs to survive.

    What does that tell you?

If the United States took over Greenland by force, I don’t think anything would really change realistically.

Canadian soil will remain untouched! I hope so anyway..
