Fund services provider Ancorius has appointed Thibault Corlay as head of corporate services, the company announced on Wednesday.
Corlay joins the Luxembourg-based services provider as it continues to expand its corporate and fiduciary activities following its rebranding from Fiduciaire Jean-Marc Faber and the backing of private equity firm AnaCap last year.
In his new role, Corlay will advise local and international clients on corporate governance, fiduciary services and the management of regulated and unregulated Luxembourg structures.
He brings more than 15 years of experience in Luxembourg’s financial services sector, with expertise spanning fiduciary, corporate, accounting and regulatory matters, and a focus on private equity, real estate, credit and securitisation structures.
