Capelli Lux, the Luxembourg arm of French property group Capelli, has entered insolvency proceedings, casting doubt over the future of a major construction project in Howald.
I hope nobody is going to spend sleepless nights trying to get their money back through insurers.

Unfortunately not a real surprise based on the news coverage over the last years…
Lots of construction works everywhere but some real estate companies goes bankrupt.

Capelli has been in the news about this for months now so hardly surprising.
I feel for those who bought something that was not yet built….It will be a long battle ahead.
In such times, authorities should investigate if there was any malpractice or undue care by the directors and if need be, reclaim some of those nice assets they bought on those big bonuses and refund those homeowners who have a mortgage but no home.
Alas, I don’t think Luc or Claude has the courage or b@lls to allow such an investigation.
Not a big surprise….. when lux gov will change its mentality and put some limits things might change
