I will never not find French military uniforms funny.
For those who wonder, the guy’s hat (képi) is designed to accomodate his immense brain, hence his title of head of French Intelligence. Jokes aside, it’s heart warming to see our two nations hand in hand on that front.

All hats aside, French intelligence really means intelligence. Unfortunately or fortunately it isn’t everywhere you can use that context. Ukraines is awesome!

Im asking with the utmost of respect to Budanov as he is someone I look up to but did he sustain an injury or a stroke/seizure impacting his left side? He’s always been so malicious but everything on his left side seems off.
