The shooter places himself right in front of a running vehicle. That is activity you see from cartels in Mexico trying to rob you. It is NOT what you should see from heavily trained law enforcement officers who are supposed to “protect and serve.”
At the very least, this exposes the fact that ICE are not adequately trained law enforcement officers. At worst, this is the first of many more government sanctioned murders to come.
