Hakodate restaurant owner arrested after regular customer dies- customer fell unconscious in the morning and owner left them at table and didn’t call an ambulance until after closing time at 8PM
The article says he collapsed onto the floor and was face up and unconscious and not breathing… there was literally a dead man collapsed unconscious on the floor for almost 13 hours with customers and staff coming in and out and literally everybody just left him there….? What the hell is wrong with people in Hakodate??

This could be one of those situations where basically the only customers there are regulars, know each other, and don’t want to wake up Sleepy Shinji in the corner. I would need a lot more context to form any judgments here.
