As it spends its second year in office since the reorganization, the most cumbersome government in the history of Montenegro, with a record 25 ministers, is certain that its results have justified its size.
The ministers of the newly formed departments say they have much to be proud of in the year we have just witnessed, although few citizens know the exact names of the new ministries.
Those familiar with the situation in Montenegro, on the other hand, claim that nothing has been resolved, but that it is only a matter of political scheming and personnel hoarding.
