In the face of overwhelming evidence of illegal actions by ICE and this administration we have to ask ourselves the following questions.Â
1. Do you trust the federal government to protect you?
2. Do you believe that this administration is specifically targeting groups of people?
3. Do you trust in the courts ability to protect you with the established laws of the country?
4. Do you believe that federal law enforcement is currently respecting our rights as guaranteed to us by The Constitution?Â
5. If a federal officer was targeting you and breaking the law, do you think that local or state law enforcement would stop them to protect you?Â
6. Do you trust the elected representatives of your party to defend you?
7. Do you think anyone else will come to your rescue?
8. Do you believe in equal rights for all people’s and would you fight to defend those rights from an unjust force?
9. Are you in a position to defend yourself if others won’t fight for you?Â
10. Who benefits more from you being unarmed during these times?
Realize that saying you are unwilling to fight for your rights is the same as saying you are fine to live without them.Â
For now we have to prepare for whatever may come. Realize no one can do this alone so make or join communities.Â

An unarmed mother of three was shot in the face by an ICE agent, while she was trying to flee masked terrorists, after dropping off her six year old child at daycare, in broad daylight. This is the reality. This is where we’re at now in this country. Even MAGAs should be appalled.

Right now I’m just basing my opinion on the two angles of video I’ve seen. No body cam, no statements of what was going on the minutes prior except some Internet hearsay.
Supposedly she had been following ICE around already, observing. So she had some attention on her. At the start of the video you can see her car, stopped perpendicular to the roadway. Not normal, and could be seen as obstructing the agents.
You can see a car in front of hers, door open, and the uniformed agent already outside. The agents I presume. Another vehicle comes up, emergency lights on, uniformed agents get out, obviously giving some sort of commands and trying to open her door. You see the agent that was in front was walking around the front of her car.
Now she throws the car in gear and hits the gas, the agent who is in front of her, then draws his gun and fires, and you see a mild strike on him but nothing I would say would hurt him bad because he is continuing moving out of the way.
Her foot is already on the gas so the car floors it and she wrecks.
Likely against the department policy if I read correctly but probably still a justified shooting.
Your opinion of the validity of a LEO agency doesn’t mean much if they still have legal authority.
