[ANKESË/PETICION] For 5 years now, Samsung has been “geoblocking” us because of the +383 code. It’s accountability time!

Greetings r/piece,

Have you noticed that as soon as you put the Kosovo SIM card (+383) in a Samsung phone, the Galaxy Store and many other services (Samsung Themes, etc.) are done immediately "unavailable"?

This problem started in 2020 and even today, in 2026, Samsung still hasn’t integrated our state code into its digital ecosystem. We pay full price for premium equipment, but are treated like second-hand consumers compared to neighboring countries.

It’s not just a technical error — it’s 5 years of negligence.

What I have done so far:

1. I have sent an official complaint to MINT (Consumer Protection) AND ARCHEP.
2. ARKEP has just responded and started examining the case.
3. I have launched an official petition to Samsung and our institutions to request the full integration of the +383 code.

Why am I writing here? Institutions and corporations only move when they see numbers. If there are only 10 of us, they ignore us. If we are 1,000+, you owe it to yourself to listen to us.
