Košice Aupark (minor help)

Hi gang! Especially the one from Košice. I need your advice/guidance. In 2 weeks I will accompany my grandmother to the dentist in KE. I’ve been to Košice about once in my life (although I’m from eastern Slovakia, but I haven’t lived here for a long time) and I’ve never been to the Aupark in Košice. When we get off the station, we have about 20 minutes to move from the station to Aupark. Grandma walks more slowly, so I would clarify everything. The dentist we are going to is on the 4th floor of this one Aupark buildings. I already watched it virtual tour

For those of you who are there quite often, I’m just wondering if we can get from that Aupark, by elevator or stairs, to the administrative building (because it’s probably not Aupark anymore) or that "superstructure" does it have a different entrance than via Aupark? I need to know this so that I don’t waste time with grandma on the spot, since we’ll only get by (and that’s not counting the possible delay of the train). Thank you, you make it a lot easier for me.
