MARION, Iowa (KCRG) – Students from across Iowa gathered at Linn-Mar High School Saturday to compete in the Future Business Leaders of America District 4 conference.
The students were tasked with researching and performing a presentation on a particular subject, all to prepare for the future.
Arya Ravikumar, Dakshi Kondiboyina and Kushagra Singh spoke with TV-9 ahead of their presentations: they’re researched the effectiveness of different social media strategies while promoting mental health.
“I think we’re feeling good,” Ravikumar said. “Just got to be prepared for the Q&A.”
Singh shares Ravikumar’s enthusiasm and is looking forward to competing for a second time.
“I think the competition this year is pretty good,” Singh said.
