I had Denner Raclette cheese in the past. My issue with it was more that the cheese “sweats” too much fat if heated properly.
The Video shows me cheese that seems to be to cold.
And about the supplements to the potatoes… sure whatever you like. I still prefer gherkins, borretane onions and maybe freshly fried bacon from the oven.
