Maggie Rushing McGill and William J. Swartzwelder are among 28 lawyers nationwide who have been elected to the partnership at Kutak Rock.

McGill represents various corporate and health care clients, including health systems, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices and health plans. She regularly provides counsel to clients on federal and state regulatory, operational and compliance matters.

Swartzwelder is part of a team based in Arkansas that has a local and national practice representing clients across a wide array of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public and private offerings of securities, corporate governance, venture capital investments and other related transactional and regulatory matters.

Jessica Mabry, APRN, recently joined Washington Regional’s trauma surgery team which provides care for patients with life threatening or critical injuries. As the region’s only Level II Trauma Center, the Washington Regional Trauma Center is prepared at all hours of the day with immediate coverage by the trauma surgery team.

Mabry has eight years of experience, most recently as a critical care nurse practitioner at Mid-South Pulmonary & Sleep Specialists, P.C. in Memphis, Tenn. She earned her doctor of nursing practice, adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis and her bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.

Martha Chege, APRN, is now providing care at the Washington Regional Emergency Department where she cares for patients with acute illnesses and injuries. Chege has 10 years of experience in emergency medicine, including three years as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department at Washington Regional.

Chege holds a master of science in nursing, family nurse practitioner from Arkansas State University at Jonesboro. She earned a bachelor of science in nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix; and an associate degree in nursing from Outspan Medical College in Nyeri, Kenya.

Katie Wilson has joined Stone Bank in Harrison as a document imaging specialist. Wilson previously served as a patient service representative with Mercy Clinic Family Medicine in Branson.

Stone Bank is located at 1302 U.S. 62/65 N in Harrison. The bank also has locations in Little Rock, Dewitt, Gillett, White Hall and Mountain View.

Dr. Camille Chan recently joined Washington Regional’s Pediatric Hospitalist group where she provides coordinated care for infants in the Washington Regional Women and Infants Center. Chan has seven years of experience caring for newborns as well as five years of outpatient clinic experience as a primary care provider and two years as a pediatric hospitalist caring for acutely ill patients at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Chan, an Arkansas native, completed her pediatric residency at the Palm Beach Consortium for Graduate Medical Education, a part of the Children’s Hospital at Palms West in West Palm Beach, Fla. She earned a doctor of osteopathic medicine at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Davie, Fla., and her bachelor of science in biology from Lyon College in Batesville.

Dr. Gregory Fink recently joined Washington Regional Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Clinic, part of the Walker Heart Institute, where he performs surgical procedures of the heart and aorta as well as other vascular procedures.

Fink has more than 25 years of experience, most recently at Methodist Healthcare Hospital System in Germantown, Tenn., where he held several administrative positions including seven years as chief for the division of cardiothoracic surgery and two terms as department chair of cardiac surgery.

Fink earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and his bachelor of arts degree from Bucknell University. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Fla., where he was also awarded a research fellowship and served as chief resident/administrative chief resident. He completed his thoracic residency at State University of New York in Albany, N.Y.
