      What’s kind of funny is that he wasn’t charged with any hacking, since that would be too hard for prosecutors to prove. He was just charged with money laundering, meaning he was just charged with secretly moving money around. And since federal sentencing guidelines only take into consideration the money amount, his sentence was the same.
