
A week ago I wrote a post with instructions on how to withdraw from Allianz, since I was having a very difficult time myself, I wanted to help others.
From January 2, the citizens of the Republic of Lithuania should have been given the opportunity to send applications, if they express such a will. It was not easy to find those requests in Allianz, but finally, after finding the documents:
“Request to terminate participation in Tier II pension accumulation (Conditions for Termination of Accumulation).pdf”
and
“Request to temporarily suspend the transfer of pension contributions to the pension savings account.pdf”,
and after filling them correctly according to the rules specified in the applications themselves, I did not receive any notification in the mail. After a few days (I really have things to do myself, work, etc.) I had a suspicion that something was wrong, but should I be concerned? I filled out the requests well and clearly signed them, expressing my will that I want to withdraw and to which account the money was transferred to me. Well, everything is absolutely stated there with my signature.
It turns out that when you go to the Allianz self-service and try to understand if everything is OK, it is not so simple. They haven’t sent any mail, incoming messages are empty. Well, it seems calm, maybe they are just working on my request?
Oh no. When I opened the “requests” section, I found the same documents as if they had been “uploaded” back to me, and with NO EXPLANATION. Now, just by clicking on them, a message popped up: Your request has been received, are you sure you want to opt out and stop saving? And just a button: CONFIRM (also asked for Smart ID).
And this my will on the sheet with the signature and all the data does not show that I want to leave? Did you quietly stick some twisted button in there and leave it?!
When pressed CONFIRMa message appeared around: your request has been accepted since (and shows a new date, as if I had just now expressed such a will). On the day of uploading, he did not write anything like that, it was only confirmed by an automatic message that the requests were received.
ABSURD! So what’s next? After a week, there will be something again with the question: do you really really really want to quit? press YES and from now on we will really count? WTF
What’s more, now my self-service just writes some vague text that it will generate opt-out conditions for me, which I can confirm later if I want to opt-out.
I HAVE ALREADY WRITE A REQUEST, HOW MUCH IS IT POSSIBLE TO IGNORE IT AND “MILK” THIS COW?
You sign, forget and wait there for that April when you will learn – that’s how everything should be.

Tiems, kas ieško instrukcijų, kur tie prašymai. Jie turi būti du, tokie kaip OP juodame tekste. Deja, jų čia nesimato, nes jie jau pildyti (turbūt dėl to). Juos užpildžius, reikia skenuoti ir siųsti (prie Nr. 1.) naują pranešimą, pasirenkant atitinkamą temą.
Pereik i banko pencijų fondą ir tada nutrauki. Allianz išvis scameriu kontora. Žiurek ar nebus kad vertė yra mažesne nei išviso pervedei.
Ką yra “wage tekstas”?
Nu mano patirtis, jei apie ta pati Allianz kalbam, sausio 1d. dar, nuvariau i svetaine, uzpildziau “PK17_PRASYMAS_NUTRAUKTI_DALYVAVIMA_II_PAKOPOS_PENSIJU_KAUPIME”, padariau el. parasa, prisegiau savo asmens doko (paso) .jpg ir issiunciau email ten jiems per ju sistema paciu pasirinkes “Pensijų kaupimo sutartis: sąlygos, įmokų stabdymas/atnaujinimas, fondo keitimas” is ju tu topics. Tada sausio 6d. gavau per ju sistema atsakyma “Gerbiamas kliente, dėkojame už jūsų laišką. Jūsų prašymą užregistravome ir jį įvykdysime pagal įstatymą per 10 balandžio darbo dienų.”. Tai, kaip suprantu fsio, balandi busiu vienas pirmuju kuris atgaus ten varganus kelis simtus, nes siaip man svarbiausia jog nuo algos nevalgytu pensija ir tiek.
O prašymas, kurį siuntei buvo pasirašytas?
Atrodo lengviau banka apvogt nei atsiimt pinigus is valstybes

Pildžiau trečiadienį per savitarna “mano allianz”, kai pasirodo vyko kažkokie web’o atnaujinimai..
Patvirtinant su smart-id pasitraukimą iš pensijos kaupimo iššoko pranešimas, kad:
“šiuo metu patvirtinimo mygtukas neveikia..” – taip ir likau nesuprates ar viskas suvaikščiojo.

Turiu priskirtą asmn konsultantę – kurį sistemiškai nieko nemato, nes pildyta ne per ja..
Paskambinau į allianz, atsiliepus darbuotoja paaiškino, kad jeigu abu prašymai (su parašais) yra “Išsiusti pranešimai” skiltyje – reiškias viską gavo ir vykdys palei numatytus terminus.
