      This winter has been excellent for nature as cold arrived before significant snowfall, so it’s going to reduce invasive species populations drastically.

      There was also +30°C for like a month in some of this area last summer so even if this is now “normal” the scale of this isn’t.

      I was thinking how much i prefer -26 over 0 during my cycle home from work, because at least I’m not worried I am going to slip and fall.

      I remember -40C (also -40F). You know it’s bad when the temperature scales agree that it’s just fucking cold.
