Second the lists updated on November 4th by the Italian Medicines Agency Aifathere are approximately 2,760 drugs in shortage but with equivalents available in Italian pharmacies. Others 604 medicines have no alternatives on the market due to ceased marketing, production problems, excess demand or reduced availability of raw materials.

In the Aifa list updated January 9, 2026 they also turn out lots of antibiotics and medicines to treat flu, colds and sore throats

  1. So del problema purtroppo,  i farmaci per mio cugino (tra cui quelli per epilessia) spesso sono difficili da reperire e mia zia deve ricorrere a contatti in altre città 

  2. io ho notato che nell’ultimo paio di anni o giu’ di li un bel po’ di farmaci che prende mia madre sono spariti dalle farmacie per poi tornarci piu’ avanti ma senza l’esenzione che avevano prima.
