Tele2 Latvia introduces AI call analytics to improve customer services
Tele2 Latvia has introduced AI software that can analyse conversations to help with customer service. Developed and implemented by Latvian startup Asya.ai, the Pitch Patterns system uses AI to recognise the content of a conversation in Latvian and other languages, as well as identify the voice tone, intonation, speech rate and other expressions.
