The UTR Pro Tennis Tour is returning to Portugal in 2026, with the tournament taking place in Carvoeiro, in the municipality of Lagoa, in the Algarve.
The tournament will take place between 12 and 19 January at the Carvoeiro Tennis and Padel Club, with prize money of up to $40,000, according to Sul Informação.
The tournament will be played on outdoor hard courts and will bring together 40 professional players, 20 women and 20 men.
The group stage will be played during the week, and the knockout matches will take place over the weekend to determine the final positions.
This will be the first of five combined tournaments already scheduled for the first quarter of the season.
