Wizz Air announced Monday that it is launching three new direct services from Sofia and Varna for the summer 2026 season. It will operate flights on the Sofia–Santander (Spain) route starting March 31, as well as Sofia–Corfu (Greece) and Varna–Katowice (Poland) from June 7.

Flights on the Sofia–Santander route will operate twice weekly, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The Sofia–Corfu service will also begin on June 7 and will be operated twice a week, on Tuesdays and Sundays. The new Varna–Katowice route will run twice weekly as well, on Thursdays and Sundays, the company said.

From June 8, 2026, Wizz Air will also begin operating direct flights from Varna to Budapest.
