Strengthen cooperation with the police is a predictable move, but it’s a late-stage solution.Â
Police deal with outcomes, not buildup. By the time law enforcement is involved, the failure has already happened, in the classroom, in peer culture, in adults not wanting to see trouble until it’s undeniable.
