Evidently, your papers do not, in fact matter. ICE is using a facial biometric scanner they call ‘Mobile Fortify’. If you are scanned by their app, and it returns a ‘Non-Citizen’ result, you are evidently taken into custody. There is no information on whether they have the ability to remove citizenship status from any person in this database. Furthermore, according to a recently released DHS document, American citizens are UNABLE TO REFUSE to be scanned by this process, and they will save your personal data for 15 years on their servers.

People need to watch the video from yesterday. A group of ICE agents went to a house and did not have a warrant.
They were told to show a warrant or leave, and the homeowner told them they were NOT allowed inside.
The ICE agents then broke down her door and ‘arrested’ someone in the house.
The ICE agents had automatic weapons, and there were kids in the house.
Again they did NOT have a judicial warrant. They had an administrative warrant which is different – they are NOT allowed to enter without a judicial warrant.
