A higher-grade male student at an elementary school in Yatomi was snubbed by classmates after another boy claimed he was "rubbing his body on the floor while naked." The school recognized the actions and remarks of the male classmate as bullying, but the homeroom teacher and staff did not take any steps to correct the misunderstanding that spread about the boy. Instead, they only "monitored" the situation, leading to the boy eventually transferring schools.

Cases of bullying comes up so often. Wondering why some teachers are not doing to stop them already. There was another article about many teachers having mental stress. It may be that they aren’t taking enough actions because they are stuck between parent the the school board.
It’s may not be the teachers’ fault but more of a social problem with the current school system.
Teachers don’t have the power to do shit against students or their parents.
Had a situation at my kid’s elementary school last year where a kid had been bringing their smart phone to school, taking pics of other kids and making tiktok videos of them without permission.
When the school called the parents of the kid making the videos, the mother was like, “Wot? Is it wrong to use tiktok? No one told me that!”
With parents like that, teachers don’t have a fucking chance.
Teachers have 0 power unfortunately.
People who only lived in Japan understand these weird dynamics in Japan.
