  3. You guys understand the alternative is one of two:

    Glass Lewis or ISS

    Both are absolutely terrible and have been running a Duopoly on Proxy Voting for the last two years. There are many start ups that will assist institution voters make custom recommendations based on their and their investors preferences.

    This is a net good
