Today’s court hearing in the case against the former chairwoman of the State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption (SCPC), Tatjana Dimitrovska, has been canceled because the Court of Appeals has not yet made a decision on which indictment is competent to conduct the procedure.
As announced in today’s session, a decision is expected on whether the case will be taken up by the Basic Public Prosecution Office for Organized Crime and Corruption or the Basic Public Prosecution Office. The cancellation follows an appeal filed by the defense of defendant Biljana Petrovska-Manteva, who is currently charged with disclosure of official secrets.
Dimitrovska is accused of two criminal offenses – disclosure of state secrets of the former directors of the “Negotina” TEC, NebojÅ¡a Stojanović, accused in the “Aditiv” case, as well as of computer forgery, namely that auditor Mile Stolevski took the test to obtain a security certificate for access to classified information in her name.
The new hearing for the case is scheduled for February 18 of this year.
