  1. AI Moderation? Yay…. Not that Reddit is any better anymore. 99% of my deleted comments (Which you don’t even get notified, they get shadow deleted) are being done by AI automods.

I remember switching to reddit when reddit didn’t even have /r categorical subs. Wish I would have not deleted it. Anyway, Digg was pretty awesome back then until they made it into garbage.

Oh neat.  I was on digg before Reddit.

  4. Digg was a massive rival to reddit before. But then they fucked it, I cam to Reddit with the rest of the DIgg migration at the time. I remember management at Digg at the time said the upset users were a vocal minority, then everyone left and the site tanked.

It’s impressive nothing has managed to take down reddit.  It’s been getting shittier and shittier.  Guess it’s hard to get people to adopt something new

Tried to sign up and it failed. If it turns into another Google+ where they piss away their hype by not letting people sign up it’ll go the way of Google+.

  7. I used to like digg before digg dug a hole and jumped in, now it’s going to use AI to verify users and follow your every move so it can link users when they are close? Nope, not interested

  8. I am so ready to log onto Digg and comment on every story about how I already saw it on Reddit.
