Komeito officials are considering a plan to field candidates in the proportional representation segment instead of single-seat constituencies if a new party is created.
The two parties plan to hold separate meetings of their lawmakers on Thursday. If the participants reach a consensus, senior officials will hold discussions to work out specifics.

Honestly feel like Komeito is just not a popular party so not sure if CDP forming alliance with them is a good idea though
