More body fat = better health. /s
(I only read the title)
Body fat is important, but like most things, too much can be detrimental
Probably out of necessity for the average person. If like 95% of your mass is body fat, there’s probably a point where your body gives up and decides it might as well start assigning internal organ jobs to the fat.
So how much Toblerone in a day is acceptable?
This is fascinating.
Could there be more illness in people who lost their weight through liposuction versus those who lost it doing diet and exercise since it’s modulating immune responses?
Since liposuction removes the fat cells and diet and exercise preserves them, but shrinks them, perhaps lipo is disrupting an important part of the body, whereas diet and exercise would be preserving fatty tissue that modulates immune response.Â
The implications are wild.
How can i read this article without registering? Otherwise, what’s the point of posting it?
The article is a summary. It’s very hard to summarize a summary. It was worth the read.
Growing up in the far(edit:fat) free era was rough. I was so skinny and had tremendous growing pains. Now I drink whole milk and try to get good fats.
Sounds like fat propaganda payed by the big fat
Well then, I’m gonna create more of it.
